Our philosophy is to create an omni-presence of security for our clients. We strive to make our customers comfortable and confident in their environment by increasing safety and reducing liability through our security staff. We work very closely with local law enforcement agencies and assist them whenever possible by providing information as observed by our officers. We provide a higher degree of professional service that has been recognized through out the Greater San Joaquin and Sacramento Valleys.

Our Staff:

We maintain a regular compliment of supervisors and patrol personnel with our senior staff averaging over 5 years of training and service. The Delta Hawkeye team has over 40 years of working together in the security field and are lead by Dallas Faulkner, Ron Cancio, and Dane Condrey.

Dallas L. Faulkner, CPP President

Dallas L. Faulkner, CPP President Dallas is a life long native of Stockton, attended local schools, Cal-State College at Sacramento, a U.S. Navy veteran. He retired from the Stockton Police Department as a Sgt. with expertise as a certified F.B.I. Instructor in VIP Security, Crowd & Riot control, SWAT, Hostage Negotiations & Rescue, Force & Weapons, Robbery, Homicide and related investigations. Dallas possesses a Lifetime California Teaching Credential, having taught at Delta College, and many police academies. He currently serves on the Delta College Police Academy Advisory board. Dallas served as Manager, Vice President since 1992 and now President, having purchased Delta Hawkeye Security Services L.P.

He is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security International, and has been certificated as a Certified Protection Professional since 1996.

Ron Cancio Operations Manager

Ron is a native Stocktonian, attending local schools, Delta College and completing both the Police Reserve Academy, then completing the Regular POST Police Academy.

Ron was employed with Delta Hawkeye 1994-1999 becoming a patrol supervisor. 1999 - 2001 he was the Director of Security for Weberstown Mall, returning to Delta Hawkeye where he became the #1 Salesman. He then became the Dispatch/Patrol supervisor. In 2005 he was named Operations Manager.

Ron is responsible for the recruitment, selection, scheduling, training and client liaison and associated administration.

Dane Condrey Patrol Watch Commander

Dane has lived in Stockton most of his life, attending local schools. He served in the United States Marine Corps attaining the rank of Sgt. Of the Guard. He attended Delta College, graduating from the Reserve Police Academy, ASI Security Academy of Sacramento, and has been employed by Delta Hawkeye since 1992. He currently is responsible for all of the patrol functions.
